Junichi Soh began his tenure as President of DENSO Manufacturing Michigan, Inc. (DMMI) in June 2005. Prior to his appointment as President of DMMI, he held the position of Executive General Manager of Cooling Systems and Component Product Division of DENSO Corporation in Kariya, Aichi, Japan.
Soh joined DENSO Corporation, parent company of DMMI, in 1972 as a staff member in the Designing Section of the Radiator Engineering Department and continued his service in the department until 1977.
From 1978, he spent four years at DENSO Australia Pty. Ltd. as Coordinator of its Product Engineering Department.
From 1993 to 1996, his assignment again took him abroad to DENSO Marston, Ltd.in United Kingdom as Technical Director.
In 1997, he returned to Japan where he became General Manager of Radiator Engineering Department, General Manager of Cooling Systems & Components Quality Assurance Department in 2000 and Executive General Manager of Cooling Systems & Components Product Division in 2001, a position he has held until present.
Soh graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering from Kumamoto University in Japan. He and his wife have two sons who reside in Japan.
