DENSO contributes to cause

DENSO Corporation, based in Japan, along with DENSO companies located throughout the United States and North America, are contributing $200,000 to the American Red Cross for relief efforts in New York and Washington, D.C.

President and CEO of DENSO International America, Inc. said, “We recognize the enormous task that lies ahead and hope that our donation will help to make a difference. The horrific events in New York and Washington D.C. affected all of us very deeply, regardless of our origin or background.”

In North America, DENSO employs more than 13,000 people at 21 companies, joint ventures and affiliates. Globally, DENSO leads advances in automotive electronics, as well as systems for electronic fuel injection and automotive heating and cooling systems.
